What GLPDash is

GLPDash is a collection of free calculators for people taking or considering GLP-1 medications — Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound. Our tools help you understand what to expect from these medications based on published clinical trial data, not marketing claims.

We built this because when people start a GLP-1, they have real questions: How much weight might I lose? When do I increase my dose? How much is this going to cost me without insurance? Answering these questions shouldn't require a doctor's appointment or a Google rabbit hole.

What GLPDash is not

GLPDash is not a medical provider. We don't diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Our calculators provide estimates based on population averages from clinical trials — your individual response will vary, possibly significantly.

Data sources

  • Wegovy (semaglutide 2.4mg): STEP 1 trial — Wilding et al., N Engl J Med 2021
  • Ozempic (semaglutide 1mg): STEP 2 trial — Davies et al., Lancet 2021
  • Mounjaro (tirzepatide): SURPASS-2 and SURMOUNT-1 trials — Jastreboff et al., N Engl J Med 2022
  • Zepbound (tirzepatide): SURMOUNT-1 trial — same dataset as Mounjaro

Dose escalation schedules are derived from FDA-approved prescribing information for each medication. Drug pricing is updated manually and reflects estimates from GoodRx and telehealth providers — actual prices vary by pharmacy, location, and insurance.

How GLPDash is funded

GLPDash is currently free and independently maintained. We plan to introduce affiliate partnerships with licensed telehealth providers in the future — when we do, those relationships will be clearly disclosed on every relevant page and will not influence our calculator data or drug comparisons.

We will only partner with providers that prescribe FDA-approved, brand-name GLP-1 medications through licensed physicians. We will not partner with compounding pharmacies selling unapproved formulations.
